Paula Scher has paved the way for many striving designers. Starting her career in the rebellious times of the 1960s and 70s, she lived through a whole compendium of typographic styles and reinvented hers multiple times.

Becoming famous (and getting Grammy nominations) through her eclectic vinyl cover designs for big record studios, the Pentagram partner has been shaping pop culture ever since. Her work embodies the spirit of America. Amongst others, her identities for The Public Theater, Citibank or Tiffany & Co. have become milestones of graphic design history. It certainly is no exaggeration to say that Paula Scher is one of the worlds most influential graphic designers.
